PROCU recently awarded a national honor, the Pete Snyder Innovation Award, to Matt Snively. This recognition is presented each year to an individual who has shown determination in bringing new ideas, new insights, or new technologies to life within their program. Snively was one of six candidates nominated for their commitment to innovation within the financial services industry.
Snively joined Elements in 2006 and has more than 30 years of financial services and investments experience. He currently serves on the credit union’s executive leadership team, along with overseeing the Wealth Management division. The wealth management program has approximately $1.1 billion in assets under management, generating $7 million in revenue annually.
Matt has been a pioneer in embracing change before others.”
Peers at the ceremony said he’s always thinking of new strategies for today’s issues, and they appreciate that he’s open to collaborate and help others by modeling strategic planning, leadership, and an innovative attitude. Being a pioneer in the industry allows him to be sound board for countless other program managers. Matt’s nomination specifically referenced the work he has done around financial advisor transition and succession planning.
